Ever wonder if your spouse will impact you purchasing a home? In this video I go over whether they do or don’t. One thing I didn’t mention is if both spouses are on the loan, then lenders will always use the lower of the two credit scores so even if both of you have qualifying scores, your rate and your loan program will be based on the lower of the two scores.
